Hello from Washington!: 2012

First Christmas! We have had an amazing holiday season so far and even though we're far from home, we definitely felt the love of home from our amazing family (: Thank you guys for everything, we love you so much! Christmas had to be celebrated a day early because unfortunately Jake was assigned to work Christmas day, so the following is our Christmas on the 24th. It has been one of the best so far. We hope all reading have an magical day celebrating our Lord and Redeemer. Love you all!

So as Jake and I were wondering what we were going to give family for Christmas, Jake came up with the best idea! Lets buy some really ugly Christmas sweaters and get legitamate Christmas photos in the most cheesy poses we can possibly think of! Everyone could use a good laugh on Christmas morning. So, here are the selected of our ridiculous photo shoot. lol needless to say, we had a blast getting the photos taken, our photographer loved our idea and came up with some great poses for us haha we were laughing through the entire shoot (: Merry Christmas!

Love them?! We knew you would! haha This is right after the photo shoot at home, Jake was so mad that he had forgotten to wear his mustache during the shoot, so we had our own little shoot at home with his mustache lol.

Christmas Dinner!

We decided to be non-traditional on the dinner. So we went across the street to World Marked and bought a few foreign foods haha mostly Italian, and made ourselves a Christmas dinner together! Jake made the pasta and sauce while I grilled up some chicken! Then we topped it off with some delicious Huckleberry soda! So good!
